Last friday 5th och may me and Roger finaly got out to try our luck at the Pikes. We had a great day with sunny weather and almost no wind at all. We managed to come down in the middle of the spawning and saw at least 40 pikes slowly swimming in shallow waters.  Most of them were totaly uninterested in our flies but we did manage to catch three of them (Roger took two and I took one) with the biggest at 4 kilos. I would think that in a week or two when spawning is about to end you could have a very good fishing time down there, I will try and find some time to get back soon!
