Twist the CDC feathers together creating a small segment of "smooth" CDC rope and then one with then one with all the fibers sticking out like on the photo.

Wind the CDC rope forward, first creating about 4 turns of smoother looking segments.

Keep winding the CDC to create a very messy looking body with CDC fibers sticking out from everywhere! Don't mind if it looks like crap now, it will get better! Tie it off behind the hook eye.
