It's a classic! On every fishing trip we go on we always eat this dish as the first meal. It's a extremly tasteful meal to have when you are out camping and also very easy to do, but it has also become a thing for us to celebrate our arrival to another fishing trip. It's a special feeling to feast on Björns Reindeer stove and red wine. Start by chopping up mushrooms and onion. Fry that up in a small frying pan with some oil and then put in the chopped Reindeer meat. When the meat is has turned brown you can add salt and pepper. Add a some creme fraiche and stir, let it cook for a while and the serve it with mashed potatos. Enjoy it with a glass of red wine!
