Step 1 – Preparation of abdomen
The first thing we are going to do is to prepare the foam we are going to use for the abdomen. From the 1 mm thick foam you cut a strip about 5 cm long and 4 mm thick.

Fold this one in half and cut away both corners. If you want to add a little extra realism to it you can cut it to a more tapered shape as well.

Unfold the foam strip and pierce your hook trough the middle of the two opposite “V’s” of the foam like on the photo below.
